Total number of apartment units listed for sale on the MLS climbed to 320. The average selling price of 161,133.00 for the week is more than $26,000 lower than the previous week . Average selling price came at $187,290 which is more realistic and unlike the previous week when average sale price jumped to $213,125. Keep in mind that only 4 condo sales were reported in Abbotsford by our MLS for that week and they all happened to be higher end units. Total number of condo listings in Abootsford dropped to 324 from 327 of previous week. Last year total number of condo listings in Abbotsford on any given week used to be around 200 on average.
