La Galleria - New Condo Project On Trethewey St
The 3.5 acre piece of land across the street from Clearbrook library is finally being developed. HJ property investments Ltd. is going to build a condominium +retail complex at the corner of Trethewey Street and Simon Ave. Big signs of La Galleria (as the project is called) are up at the location but pricing, floor plans or any other info is not avialable at this time. Its going to be a four story, wood frame building with retail space on the main floor. Their website only tells you that prices will start from $139,900 and you can register online to receive further information when it becomes available. Sales for La Galleria will begin this fall, but early purchasing opportunities may be available through selected Realtors. HJ property Investments Ltd. also built the "Latitude" condominium complex on Mckenzie Rd.
