15 New condos were listed in the week bringing the total number of active condo listings in Abbotsford to 327. 6 condo units were sold for the average price of $199,000.
Notable sales:
2 bedroom + den unit in Westwood sold for the asking price of 259,900.
The cheapest unit sold this week was 1 bed /1bath 680 sqft unit in the Forest Village on Salton Rd.
